A dedicated endurance coach and trainer, I enjoy helping people achieve those BIG goals while balancing successful working and sporting lives. I coach and compete in distances from half marathons to ultra-distance events and triathlon. My passion is ultra-distance trail running but also enjoy regular marathon events with the Les Mills Auckland Road Runners Club.
Some recent highlights include being a pace runner at the Auckland Marathon, gaining a silver buckle for a sub 14 hour finish in the NorthFace 100km trail run in the Blue Mountains, finishing fastest in the 2011 Inca Trail Marathon in Peru and completing the Melbourne Ironman.
